1- Open a www.blogger.com on your browser.
2- Open your Gmail account to make a Blog.Because one account can be used on for gmail and blogger.
3-After signing in a new page will open and then click on CREATE YOUR BLOG NOW .
4- Choose the suitable title for you blog. Title should be relevant to your blog about which you want to make a blog. And then choose available URL address for your blog and after that click on Continue.
5-Now you have to choose a TEMPLATE for your blog designing.This is your Blog.
